: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the detention order passed by the second respondent in C.No.32/Detention/C.P.O./T.C./2016, dated 19.10.2016 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the person or body of the detenu namely Guna @ Gunaseelan @ Manachanallur Guna, aged about 40 years, Son of Palaniyandi (now detained at Central Prison, Trichy) before this Court and set him at liberty.
