ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 420 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
