Considering the innocuous relief which is sought in the Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the case in O.S.No.316 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, without notice to the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage on the following terms:

(i)The learned District Munsif, Thanjavur, is requested to take up the case in O.S.No.316 of 2019 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
