3.It is seen that till date, no First Information Report has been registered. A reading of complaint indicates that it is purely civil in nature. The petitioners can surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned only when the First Information Report is registered.
