2.This Court, by an order dated 10.09.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD)No.9556 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioner on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.15,000/- [Rupees Fifteen Thousand Only] to the credit of the Mercy Home, Naserathur, Shogathur, Cross Road, Dharmapuri (Indian Overseas Bank Saving Account No.078501000013868, IFSC Code: IOBA0000185), within a period of One week without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court.

Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has complied with the order passed by this Court dated 10.09.2020 and paid a sum of Rs.15,000/- to the credit of the Mercy Home, Naserathur, Shogathur, Cross Road, Dharmapuri. The said submission is recorded.
