The writ petitioner was employed in the respondent corporation. He retired from service on 30.04.2014. Since his dues were not settled, he filed W.P.(MD)No.8044 of 2017. This Court vide order dated 27.04.2017 disposed of the said writ petition with certain terms. The grievance of the petitioner is that the time limit stipulated by this Court was not adhered to. There was delay in settling the amounts. If that be so, the petitioner will be entitled to interest in terms of the order dated 27.04.2017 made in W.P.(MD)No.8044 of 2017. This interest amount payable to the petitioner shall be settled within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
