ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent not to include the name of the petitioner's son in the goonda list.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the relief sought for in this writ petition can never be entertained. Such omnibus reliefs are not sustainable.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
