third respondent. The detenue has a child out of the marriage, which is a small baby and she came to the Court carrying the baby. The detenue is fully aware of the fact that the third respondent was already a married person. The third respondent's first marriage ended in divorce and his second marriage is subsisting and thereafter, the third respondent married the detenu, who is a close relative. The age difference is also substantive between the detenue and the third respondent. We try to advice the detenue, however, she is very clear that she wants to go along with her husband, the third respondent. Therefore, no further direction can be issued in this petition.
