ORDER
After making an elaborate argument and when the Court found that on the basis of the complaint given by a third party, First Information Report was registered, not only against the petitioner but also against others, based on which, this writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner. Finding no merit, when the Court is about to dismiss the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ Petition and has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
