PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the judgment and decree, dated 29.06.2020 passed in C.M.A.No. 3 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 30.10.2018 passed in I.A.No.297 of 2018 in O.S.No.104 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram.

ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the judgment and decree, dated 29.06.2020 passed in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Padmanabhapuram confirming the fair and decreetal order dated 30.10.2018 passed in I.A.No.297 of 2018 in O.S.No. 104 of 2018 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Padmanabhapuram.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that after the order passed in C.M.A.No.3 of 2018, the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2018 was transferred to the file of the Subordinate Court at Padmanabhapuram and heard along with a suit in O.S.No.120 of 2019 and the suit in O.S.No.104 of 2018 was renumbered as O.S.No.47 of 2022. He further submitted that in both the suits, a common judgment was delivered on 26.09.2024 The learned Counsel for the petitioner also submitted that the suit filed the petitioner herein was decreed in his favour and the defendants' suit was dismissed.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, as nothing survives for further adjudication, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
