For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.147/2020 on the file of the Respondent Police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as A-8 apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B, 109 of IPC, in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side)would submit that the first respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.147 of 2020 and also filed final report and the same has been taken cognizance in PRC No.36 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam and the same is pending for committal. He would further submit that next hearing date is 27.11.2020.

CRL OP(MD). No.9871 of 2020 Advocate (criminal side), the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
