[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, submitted that the detention order, dated 08.11.2016, passed against the detenu, by name, R.Ananth alias Anantharaj son of Rathinam, aged about 39 years, has been revoked by the Government, vide G.O.Rt.No.6432, Home, Prohibition & Excise (XIV) Department, dated 22.12.2016, and he has also produced a copy of the said Government Order.
