Advocate (Criminal Side)for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD).No.109 of 2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11384 of 2017, dated 09.01.2018.
