Respondents Prayer:- Habeas Corpus Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to secure the wife of the petitioner namely Sunitha, daughter of P.Nainar, aged about 24 years from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 to 6 herein and produce the body or person of the detenu before this Court and set her at liberty and pass such further or other orders.

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to trace out and produce the detenu by name Sunitha, aged 25 years. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The petitioner is present and he has been identified by his counsel.

3. The third respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Surandai Police Station has produced the detenu and she has been identified by the petitioner.

4. Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the relief sought in the petition has become infructuous.
