This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 2 and 3 herein to take on the file petition, dated 03.10.2022 submitted by the petitioner in respect of cancellation of Document No. 1212/1987 dated 13.05.1987 registered before the 3rd respondent in respect of the property situated in S.No. 334/2C2 at Thogamalai Village, Kulithalai Taluk, Karur District.

2. Since the issue pertains to Section 77(A) of Registration Act, 1908, the very Section 77(A) inserted under Registration Act is struck down by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.10291 of 2022 etc., Batch. Hence, the writ petition itself is misconceived. Accordingly, the same is dismissed. No costs. 03.09.2024 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No PNM 2/4
