This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the the fair order and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.181 of 2018 in Unregistered A.S.No.-- of 2018 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli, dated 06.02.2020.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the revision petitioner is not going to prosecute the revision.

3. In view of the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
