Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent herein to grant separate patta in the name of the petitioner with regard to the properties situated in S.No. 242/1B1A1(Joint Patta No. 10102) to an extent of 80 cents and S.No. 239/2 (Joint Patta No.790) to an extent of 56 cents of Mookaiyur Village, Kadaladi Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by sub-dividing the same on the basis of petitioners representation dated 15.09.2020.

This contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnor/respondent for their deliberate and willful disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.16959 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020. 2.The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, submitted that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court and the relevant proceedings dated 23.07.2021 was also circulated.
