The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as the Detention Order has been revoked vide G.O.(Rt)No.437, Co-operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3) Department, dated 18.11.2016, in view of the fact that there is no Advisory Board, as required under the Act, to advise within 21 days, as stated in Section 10 of the Prevention of Black-Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980.
