: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 07.10.2016, in B.C.D.F.G.I.S.S.S.V.No.11/2016, against the petitioner's uncle Mr.R.Deivendran, son of Ramasamy Thever, aged about 56 years, who is confined at Central Prison, Madurai and set side the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty.

[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.5917, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 25.11.2016, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. In view of the order dated 25.11.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
