This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her husband life and limb, by considering the petitioner's complaint dated 01.09.2020. 2.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.S.R.No.385 of 2020 and during enquiry, if it is found protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
