ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, Trichy District to expedite the proceedings in O.S.No.15 of 2023 and to dispose of the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/3
2.Since no adverse order is going to be passed as against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner as a plaintiff filed a suit in O.S.No.15 of 2023 seeking permanent injunction. He further submits that the suit is pending from the year 2023 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.15 of 2023 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
