ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb at the time of measuring and surveying the petitioner's property comprised in Survey No.186/59 of an extent of 0.04.00 Ares situated at Keela Alagapuri-Mappillaioorani Village,

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 19.07.2021.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
