To Bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent namely Chellamuthu in the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD) No. 280 of 2026 on the file of this Court and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the main CMA.

COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) These petitions have been filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent, namely, Chellamuthu, in the above appeal and to bring on record the respondents 3 to 5 herein as the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent, namely, Chellamuthu, in the above appeal and rank them as respondents 3 to 5 in the main appeal.

2. Notice has been served on respondents 3 to 5 and their names have also been printed in the cause list. There is no appearance for respondents 3 to 5 either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
