ORDER : This Writ petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANIYARASU.K.C, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] This Court, by order dated 20.06.2023, directed the Disciplinary Authority to complete the inquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner positively by 15.09.2023.

2. A request letter, dated 19.09.2023, is received from the Principal District Judge, Pudukkottai, seeking two weeks time to complete the remaining two disciplinary proceedings out of nine disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.

3. In view of the reasons given in the letter, dated 19.09.2023, time is extended by two weeks from today, finally, to complete the remaining two disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner.
