: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the records on the file of the second respondent in C.M.P.No.03/2016[CS] and set aside the order of detention passed therein, dated 25.10.2016, direct the respondents to produce the detenu, by name, T.Ramkumar, aged 31 years, S/o.Thanuskodi, before this Court, now detained at Central Prison, Madurai and set him at liberty forthwith. *********** [Order of the Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J.] Challenging the order of the second respondent, dated 25.10.2016, in C.M.P.No.03/2016[CS], the father of the detenu - T.Ramkumar, aged 31 years, S/o.Thanuskodi, who is under detention, has come up with this Habeas Corpus Petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.436, Co-Operation, Food and Consumer Protection (E3), Department, dated 18.11.2016, revoking the order of detention by the Advisory Board.
3. In view of the order dated 18.11.2016, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition. Hence, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
