This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file the final report in Crime No.52 of 2021 dated 17.02.2021 within the stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing on 16.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was completed, the same was closed as mistake of fact on 31.03.2021 and RCS notice was served to the defacto complainant. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor seeks time to get instructions from the respondent police.
3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as per the instructions from the petitioner, he has not singed any RCS notice. This Court find that signature in the RCS notice and vakalath seems to be similar.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9518 of 2021 4.Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the proper Court through proper proceedings.
