JUDGMENT

The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.118 of 2019 dated 01.04.2022 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Special Subordinate Court to deal with MCOP cases, Dindigul.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal and they have also circulated a letter to the Registry dated 18.03.2026 to that effect and also made an endorsement.
