ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had filed this writ petition questioning the impugned order dated 30.06.2022 passed by the second respondent. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has also filed revision before the first respondent. Instead of testing the correctness of the impugned order, I direct the first respondent to pass order on the petitioner's revision petition dated 01.09.2022 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
