RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8270 of 2020 dated 17.08.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble Court and thus render Justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition. 2.This Court, by an order dated 17.08.2020 in Crl.OP.(MD) No.8270 of 2020, granted bail to the petitioners on condition that the petitioners shall stay at Karaikudi and report before the Karaikudi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (criminal side) for the respondent police.

4.According to the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly from 20.08.2020 and the investigation is substantially completed.

5.Considering the fact that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditional order, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 14/09/2020 / TRUE COPY / / /2020 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
