ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.V.MURALIDARAN, J.) The petitioner is the mother of one Geetha, aged 24 years. According to the petitioner, G.Geetha (hereinafter referred to as 'the detenu') has been found missing from 13.11.2016 onwards. Pursuant to which, a complaint has been given to the respondent police. Since the detenu has not been rescued so far, the petitioner is before this Court with this petition.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.
3. Today, the detenu has been produced before this Court by the police. She submitted to the Court that she was not abducted by the third respondent, but, instead, she went with him and married him on 11.11.2016. Thus, according to her, she has been living with the third respondent. From her statement, we find that there is no illegal detention. Therefore, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
