The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 307 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.1,300/- in the above appeal. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
