[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] The petitioner, informing himself to be the brother-in-law of the detenu, by name, Indumathi, D/o.Vairaperumal, Female, aged about 26 years, submits that she has been wrongfully confined by the third respondent herein, i.e., her father.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has been told that this Court would cause the production of the alleged detenu before this Court, but, if she informs that she is residing with her father, on her own volition, this Court would impose heavy cost upon him. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not agree to such course.
