This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner for laying the fencing on his own property in S.No.146/1A, situated at Devadanampatti Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.08.2020.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 25.12.2020.
