Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 submitted that the Government Order issued in G.O(Ms)No.52, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department, dated 30.03.2022, was implemented.

2.The Writ Petition has been filed on account of certain erroneous calculation of property tax made. However, this Court is of the considered opinion that all those issues are to be resolved by approaching the competent authority.

3.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
