ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus to forbear the respondent from evicting the petitioner in the property in new S.No.206/1C, old S.No.206/1, measuring an extent of 2153 sq., ft., situated in No.10, Panthanallur Revenue Village, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if appropriate orders are passed by the respondent on the response of the petitioner dated 10.08.2020 to the show cause notice dated 26.06.2020.

3.Considering the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to dispose of this writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD).No.11480 of 2020 directing the respondent to pass appropriate orders in the show cause proceedings initiated by the respondent in terms of the above reply of the petitioner, within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.The writ petition stands disposed of, in terms of the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
