O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 28.04.2022, made in W.P.(MD) No.8282 of 2022.

2. By the above order, this Court has directed the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.03.2022 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.

3. According to the petitioner, after registration of the case in Crime No.1274 of 2021, for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) I.P.C., the respondent has not taken any steps to secure the offending car from the accused.

4. On perusal of the status report filed by the respondent, it is seen that after registration of the first information report as against three accused persons, the first accused has mortgaged the offending car with the second accused, namely, Paravai Guru @ Gopinath, who is presently at Malasiya. Further, it is seen that the respondent is also taking all kinds of steps to secure the offending car from the second accused. However, sofar, the second accused has not returned to India. Therefore, this Court is of the

view that the representation of the petitioner has already been considered and the respondent is taking all kinds of steps to find out the offending car and hence, this Court does not find any willful disobedience of the directions issued by this Court on the respondent.
