This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register cases on the complaints dated 22.01.2018 and 23.06.2018 lodged by the petitioner.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner's complaints have been inquired into and closed as false complaints.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum in a manner known to law, if he is aggrieved by the closure report.
