ORDER
This Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the time of admission itself, after hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the accused in Crime No.29 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent, dated 15.09.2023 has died during the pendency of the investigation. Hence, the charge sheet was abated.
3. Considering the above submission, the respondents are directed to release the seized two wheeler viz., Hero Splendor bearing Reg No.TN 65 AH 2318 to the petitioner within a period of one week from today.
