Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to proceedings of the 3rd respondent in R.No.31657/A2/22 dated 23.9.2022 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to issue permanent Registration certificate for the petitioners temporary Registered Vehicle with Advance Registration No.TN 74 AU 23 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. XAVIER.G.M, Advocate for the petitioner, the Court made the following order:- This petition is ordered as prayed for, considering the fact that in the order dated 16.03.2023, it was omitted to order the relief that the impugned order should be handed over back to the petitioner.
