ORDER

The present petition has been filed by a Resolution Professional appointed by the NCLT Division Bench-I, Chennai, seeking a direction as against the second respondent to provide adequate police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2026.

2. According to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, when he attempted to remove the materials from the premises, an obstruction is being made and he is being threatened by some local people. Despite giving a representation, no action has been initiated by the second respondent. Hence, the present petition.

3. Considering the above said facts, the second respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry based upon the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 28.03.2026 and proceed in accordance with the law. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of 2(two) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
