Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue Scheduled Tribe Community Certificates to the petitioner's sons namely Arun, Abishek and Akash within a stipulated time fixed by this Court based on the application dated 11.12.2019. [Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] With the consent on either side, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.We have heard Mr.R.Karunanidhi, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manickam, learned Standing Counsel for Government appearing for the respondents.

3.The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the second respondent to issue Scheduled Tribe Community Certificates to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.[MD]No.11536 of 2021 petitioner's sons namely Arun, Abishek and Akash based on the application dated 11.12.2019.

4.The learned Government Counsel, on instructions, submitted that enquiry has almost been completed by the third respondent and the report will be placed before the Revenue Divisional Officer for consideration.

5.In the light of the above, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, is directed to consider the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible and the third respondent shall submit the enquiry report at the earliest, preferably within three [3] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, since the petitioner seeks to produce the certificate seeking admission in educational institution.

6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
