This Writ Petition is filed to challenging the impugned order passed by the second respondent in Na.Ka.No.A6/2885/2020, dated 07.11.2020.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition and he has also circulated a letter dated 30.11.2021, to that effect.
