O R D E R

The petitioner is before this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to declare the outcome of the eauction/tender conducted on 11.03.2026 in respect of E3 Block, North Side, Onion Market, Shop No. 22, Madurai Corporation.

2. The petitioner states that she participated in the auction for allotment of Shop No. 22 and that, despite satisfying all the eligibility criteria, the respondent Corporation has not declared the outcome of the auction/tender. In this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 14.03.2026. However, the grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been considered till date.

3. Mr. N. Dilip Kumar, learned counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner's representation seeking declaration of the outcome of the auction conducted on 11.03.2026 will be considered in accordance with law within a time frame to be stipulated by this Court. The said 2/4

submission is placed on record.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2026, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders.

5. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of six

(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. There shall be no order as to costs.
