ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to quash the charge sheet in P.R.C.No.41 of 2019 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

2. It is seen from the records that on the basis of the complaint lodged by the second respondent, FIR came to be registered in Crime No. 470 of 2018 and that the first respondent, after completing the investigation, has filed the final report against three persons including the petitioner herein and the same was taken on file in P.R.C.No.41 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that since the petitioner was a juvenile at the time of the alleged occurrence, the case was split up and the case relating to the petitioner herein was assigned a separate number in J.C.C.No.75 of 2024 on the file of the Juvenile Justice Board, Sivagangai and the same is pending.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
