Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and fourth respondents to register FIR against the fifth respondent received in C.S.R.No.279 of 2015 for occurrence dated 07.05.2015 further direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary steps under the Tamilnadu Public Building (Licensing) Act to close the dilapidated premises situate in door number 26/2, Ansari Nagar, 4th Street, Madurai City Municipal Corporation Ward No.17, Madurai for public use in the present condition of the building.

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and fourth respondents to register FIR against the fifth respondent received in C.S.R.No.279 of 2015 for occurrence dated 07.05.2015 further direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to take necessary steps under the Tamilnadu Public Building (Licensing) Act to close the dilapidated premises situate in door number 26/2, Ansari Nagar, 4th Street, Madurai City Municipal Corporation Ward No.17, Madurai for public use in the present condition of the building. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents No.1 to 4.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instruction would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into in C.S.R.No.279 of 2015. 4.Considering the submission made, this Court directs the fourth respondent to complete the enquiry and conclude the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directs to register the FIR, if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.
With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
