This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking police protection for fencing the petition mentioned property.

2. It appears that the petitioner is the absolute title holder of the petition mentioned property measuring a bout 74 cents. But then, he is facing interference at the hands of the third respondent and few other persons. If that be so, the remedy open to the petitioner is to file an appropriate injunction suit before the jurisdictional Civil Court.
