O R D E R

The present petition has been filed for a direction to the third respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members on the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the family dispute of the petitioner.

2.According to the prosecution, the de-facto complainant has preferred a complaint against the petitioner's son before the first respondent. The same was received by the third respondent. On the earlier occasion, the said complaint was inquired by the Subhttps://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Inspector of Police and was closed. But, the present complaint has been preferred before the Commissioner of Police by the de-facto complainant. Therefore, the allegation of the petitioner is that there is harassment at the hands of the respondent. 3.In view of the above facts, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner pending enquiry except under due process of law.
