ORDER

****** (Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she does not press the Habeas Corpus Petition and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as not pressed, however, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the third respondent and if any claim is made for the child, the third respondent shall hold appropriate enquiry and after ascertaining the parentage of the child, the third respondent shall pass necessary orders.
