:Respondents Prayer: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the detenue, namely S.Priya (Minor), aged 14 years, D/o.Senthil from the illegal custody of the third respondent before this Court and handed over to the petitioner.

respondent shall hold appropriate enquiry and after ascertaining the parentage of the child, the third respondent shall pass necessary orders.
