The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking permission for conducting cultural programmes from 30.04.2024 to 10.05.2024. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submits that the period to conduct cultural programmes is already over and nothing survives in this writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
